Mortgage CRM with Multi-LOS Sync

Most brokers run more than one LOS over their career. A shop on Encompass today might move to Arive after a wholesale-side shift, then layer in Calyx Point for a small originator who joined from a credit union. Being locked into Encompass-only CRM sync is a long-term constraint that costs you when the LOS picture changes. This page covers five mortgage CRMs that sync with more than one LOS — Approvr included — and is honest about which integrations are real two-way sync vs. one-way push, and which simply have a CSV importer marketed as 'integration.'

Why multi-LOS sync depth matters more than a logo wall

Every CRM website has a logo wall of LOS partners. The substance behind each logo varies wildly. Three workflows expose the difference. Real two-way sync vs. one-way push vs. CSV import. Real two-way sync means when an underwriter adds a condition in Encompass, or an originator updates a borrower's 1003 field in Arive, the CRM reflects it within minutes. One-way push only writes CRM data into the LOS — your CRM dashboard stays stale on anything the LOS changes. CSV import is a once-a-day batch, useful for cold leads, useless for active pipeline. A CRM with five LOS logos on the homepage might have real two-way sync on Encompass, one-way push on Calyx, and a CSV importer for LendingPad. The marketing page does not say which is which. Custom Field ID mapping per LOS instance. Encompass Custom Field IDs differ per shop. So do Arive's pipeline fields and LendingPad's custom labels. Sync that goes past borrower name, phone, and email needs mapping configured at setup — 15-40 fields per LOS — or the CRM falls back to the lowest-common-denominator borrower record. Milestone-event triggers across LOS systems. When a 1003 hits 'conditional approval' in Encompass, or 'clear-to-close' in LendingPad, that event should be able to fire CRM automation — draft a borrower update, schedule a Realtor call, queue a document request. CRMs that lack cross-LOS milestone triggers reduce sync to a data mirror instead of an active workflow input. The CRMs in this list differ meaningfully on all three dimensions across each LOS they claim to support.

What to look for in multi-LOS sync

Five capabilities define mortgage CRM sync that survives an LOS switch. Two-way sync on at least two LOS systems, not just Encompass. Approvr's Pro plan at $247/month includes two-way sync with Encompass, Arive, and LendingPad. Calyx Point sync is supported via configurable LOS-export schedule plus webhook listener — not as deep as the big three, but it handles milestone updates and condition tracking. Single-LOS CRMs lock the shop in. Custom Field ID mapping per LOS. The integration should support mapping 15-40 Custom Fields during onboarding for each LOS the broker uses. Approvr's onboarding call includes Custom Field ID mapping setup as part of the included one-hour onboarding promise. Milestone-event triggers across LOS systems. CRM automations should fire on any LOS milestone — Encompass 'conditional approval,' Arive 'submitted-to-lender,' LendingPad 'clear-to-close' — using the same trigger UI. CRMs that require separate automation rule sets per LOS double the maintenance load on the shop. Graceful migration when the shop switches LOS. When a broker moves from Calyx to Encompass, the CRM should not require a re-implementation. Approvr's loan-template and pipeline data live in the CRM, not in the LOS, so an LOS swap is a sync reconfiguration — not a rebuild. eFolder, eDocs, and Arive document-vault awareness. Documents live in different places per LOS. Real integration handles each vault — eFolder references in Encompass, document panels in Arive, the document hub in LendingPad.
